A young boxer and a call girl get caught up in a drug-smuggling scheme over the course of one night in Tokyo.

In times of the infamous Argentinian Corralito, the neighbors of a little town trace a plan to recover the money they lost after to learn that their bank manager and a corrupt lawyer have stolen it.

American security guard Richard Jewell saves thousands of lives from an exploding bomb at the 1996 Olympics, but is vilified by journalists and the press who falsely reported that he was a terrorist.

On a remote isolated hilltop in an unnamed South American country, eight teen guerrilla fighters form a tightly cloistered ad hoc family living out of an abandoned bunker on behalf of a shadowy outfit simply known as the Organization. With no real purpose or goal other than to receive combat training given by the ferocious Mensajero (former guerrilla fighter Wilson Salazar), to take care of a dairy cow named Shakira, and to keep alive an American hostage simply known as Doctora, the teens revel in an increasingly unbridled hedonism. But when the animal is killed and the group is suddenly attacked by a rival force, the teens must trek down the mountains and into the jungle, where petty rivalries devolve into life-or-death battles and the child fighters descend into their own increasingly brutal hearts of darkness.

Florence, early 16th century. Michelangelo Buonarroti, who is widely considered a genius by his contemporaries, is depleted by his struggle to finish the ceiling of the Sistine Chapel. When his commissioner and head of the Della Rovere nobility Pope Julius II dies, Michelangelo becomes obsessed with sourcing the finest marble to complete his tomb. The artist's loyalty is tested when Leo X, of the rival Medici family, ascends to the papacy and charges him with a lucrative new commission – the façade of the San Lorenzo basilica. Forced to lie to maintain favour with both families, Michelangelo is progressively tormented by suspicion and hallucinations, leading him to ruthlessly examine his own moral and artistic failings.

In the late 80s and early 90s, rebel groups based in Florida enact violent attacks on Cuba to protest Castro's influence, bombing hotels and murdering innocent beachgoers. In retaliation, the Cuban government deploys an elite group of spies to take down the terrorist groups from the inside. Five of those spies ultimately face life sentences at the hands of the American government on the charges of murder and espionage.

Alma, Jean and Sebastiano are three sibling who from Paris, the city where they live in the safe, upper-middle-class environment of their mother, find themselves thrown into the arms of Carlo, an Italian father, nonconformist and who has no idea how to look after himself. As the prospect of a peaceful compromise approaches, Amir turns from a hot-headed political activist to a dangerous extremist. He soon learns of an ancient Jewish law that he believes gives him the right to murder Yitzhak Rabin convinced he must stop the signing of the peace treaty in order to fulfil his destiny and bring salvation to his people, Amir’s warped mind sees only one way forward.
